If you have been playing Fortnite for a long time, you can undoubtedly say that Fortnite has been one of the most-played battle royales worldwide in the last 5 years. The developers never let the game be monotonous to the players as they bring new seasons and seasonal updates from time to time. If you are a veteran player, Gold Bars are not a new thing to you, and you are most probably aware of where to get them and how to use them. However, for newcomers, this guide will discuss the location of Gold bars and their use in Fortnite.
In Fortnite, there are tons of weapons and items players can find. Gold Bars are one among them. Generally, Gold bars can’t be found as ground loot. Instead, they can be found by looting chests. Every kind of chest, from Standard Wooden chests to Legendary Chests, Supply Boxes, and even Chrome Chests (Chapter 3 Season 4), give you Gold Bars. All these Chests contain Gold but randomly. So it’s not that every chest you open will provide you with Gold.
Except for the chests, the Cash Machines in the Gas Stations and shops can also give you lots of Gold bars. So every Cash machine you find, search them to get Gold. Alternatively, If you kill opponents, they drop Gold bars (if they had) that you can pick up. However, completing tasks or quests can’t give you Gold. For Gold, you have to put in some effort and find them yourself, though getting Gold Bars faster in the game is not too hard.
